This work aims to develop projekt documentation for building construction. The projekt addresses the new construkction of a pension for seniors. Pension is located in the city of Kutná Hora in the Central Region. The object is designed for 34 people throughout the year. Pension has one underground and free above ground floors. The shape of the object is unspecified at several height levels. It is a reversed L-shaped with mid-point projections. Pension is bricked from ceramic blocks. The roof is a combination of a sliding flat roof and a console roof. The building is situated in a place of flat terrain.
The Family House

The subject of my thesis is design a family house on a completely flat plot in Otrokovice. This new building is designed as permanent housing for a four member family and their appearance will fit into current building. The house is designed as a two-story, partially basement, with adjacent garage for one car. Circuit masonry in the basement is made of concrete blocks. Circuit masonry floors is lined with a brick blocks Porotherm. Whole building is insulated contact system. The roof of house forming two aisle roofs at different height levels, the structure of roofs creates wooden trusses. Part of the proposal is also thermotechnical, acoustic and fire safety solutions.
Kindergarten, Uničov

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the kindergarten in Uničov. The object is designed as a two-storey, non-cellar basement. Because of the almost perfectly flat terrain and purpose of the building, the basement would be unnecessary. The gentle slope which the selected plot shows is oriented to the southeast side. The main entrance to the house is solved from the western side, along the direction of the main entrance to the nursery. It is adjacent to the existing communication with the parking lot towards the Nemocniční housing estate. There are two separate children's wards at the 1st floor, always equipped with a spacious playroom, dressing rooms and a washroom. Furthermore, in the 1st floor there is a large part of the economic zone consisting of a kitchen and related space, a junior flat and a cookery facility. The 2nd floor is reserved for the all-round development of children, both directly attending kindergarten and outside of the interest groups. Therefore, there are spaces such as a language classroom, a workshop room and a hall for other external staff. In addition, there is also a facility for staff and external staff in the form of a meeting room. The east side of the 2nd floor is then reserved for the third children's ward, the backrest consisting of a playroom, dressing rooms, washrooms along with a toilet and, moreover, a lounger. The vertical supporting structures are designed from porous concrete blocks, reinforced concrete and pillar blocks. The ceiling in each level is designed as a reinforced concrete reinforced concrete slab. The building is roofed with a flat single-roofed roof with a slope of 2 %.
New building family house

This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house in Čermná. The building is designed as a two-storey house on an almost flat terrain which follows the gentle slope oriented towards the south. The entrance of the house is oriented towards the west. In the same section of the house there is also a dressing room, guest room, bathroom with a toilet, utility room, staircase hall, living room, dining room with a kitchenette and pantry. Opossite of the entrance there is also a garage with a its separate entrace. On the second floor there is a private zone which consists of two children´s rooms, a bedroom and a study. On the same floor a hall, bathroom with a toilet and spa are located together with the entry to a green roof. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceiling above the lowest level is made of clay system Heluz Miako with a concrete slab. The building is covered with warm flat roof with a slope of 3%.
Detached house in Vysoké Mýto

This bachelor thesis describes the design of the family house in Vysoké Mýto, Pardubický region. The family house has got two above ground floors and one underground floor. The family house is situated on the flat terrain. The entrance in the family house is orientated on the northwest side. On the northwest side is also the lee, the entrance into the garage, corridor with the staircase. On the souteast side is the living room. The living room is connected with the terrace. All residential rooms are designed from the the east to the the west. The goal is to have the most sunlight in the rooms. The family house is designed with the ceramic blocks, masonry in the basement is from the lost formwork. The ceiling systsm is from the cavity panel. The roof structure is designed like the flat with two asphalt modified strips.
Multi-purpose building

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a multifunctional house on the street Křídlovická in the city of Brno. The new building is five-storey with four above-ground and one underground floors. The main entrance is oriented to the southeastern side and adjacent to the northwest side, and a separate entrance to the underground garage in the southwest corner of the designed object. Behind the main entrance is a staircase connecting all floors, after a special entrance for the underground garage is the staircase down into the garage. From the southwest side there are entrances to restaurants and shops, these have staffing and supply entrances and social facilities from the north-east side of the building. A downhill ramp is also located behind the northeast side of the building, from the southwest side are solved areas - restaurant garden, sidewalks and parking areas. In other above-ground floors, open space office spaces with separate meeting rooms, office director, secretary offices, and social facilities on the northeastern side of the floor are designed. Within these floors is proposed continuous greening of the atrium. The supporting system is a monolithic reinforced concrete combined with masonry staircases and a northeast wall. In the basement, the support system is a skeleton in combination with the walls of a lost formwork. Roof flat single-skinned with various inclinations 1-5°

The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a single-family house with a garage in Vodňany. It is a brick building with two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The roof is a shed. The vertical load-bearing structure, as well as the non-structural construction, is designed of Heluz ceramic bricks. The house is situated on the flat terrain. The total construction area is 210,62 m2.

Abstract The topic of this thesis is the project of a family house in Olomouc. The house is partially included with the cellar, with the ground floor, the second floor and includes living spaces. The part of the building is also the driveway to the garage, stairs outside and the garage situated on the ground floor of the living part of the house. The ground plan of the house has the indented form, which is roofed partially with the shed roof and partially with the terrace, which works as a flat walkable roof. The house will be situated on the flat terrain. The entrance into the house is located in the east. The building project was solved in the POROTHERM construction system.

The object is situated in a flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a city of Jindřichův Hradec. The house has two above-ground floors, and one underground floor. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed of a Porotherm construction system. The roof is made as single-shell roof.The main entrance is oriented to the north. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house is worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program ArchiCad.
